삼성의 갤럭시알파 첫 출시 때 그립감 좋은 메탈디자인으로 많은 주목을 받았었죠.
이번엔 삼성이 예술의 나라 '프랑스' 에 갤럭시 알파의 한정판(Limited Edition) 을 런치(Launch) 했다고 외신은 보도했습니다.
프랑스 외 다른 나라 마켓에서는 일체 구매가 불가능하다고 말합니다. Limited Edition (이하 LE) 인 만큼 딱 100대만 생산이 되고 각 제품에는 '번호' 가 매겨지며 진품을 증명하는 '증명서' 가 함께 동봉됩니다. 이 때까지 LE 이라고 이름은 붙이지만 정말 그 이름값을 하는 제품을 잘 못찾아봤지만 갤럭시 알파 LE 는 확실하게 그 이름값을 하는 것 같네요. 제품이 특별한 만큼 후면 배터리커버가 4가지 패턴의 가죽커버로 출고가 됩니다. 제품의 스펙은 기존 갤럭시 알파와 크게 차이가 나지 않습니다. 4.7인치 720p Super AMOLED, 옥타코어 엑시노스 5430 프로세서, 2GB 램, 1200만화소의 카메라, 32GB 의 내장메모리, 지문인식센서와 심박센서, 1860mAh 의 배터리 용량과 4.4.4 킷캣.
가격은 649유로 (한화 약 87만원) 입니다.
정말 아마존 등 기타 해외직구사이트에서 LE 판을 구매할 수 있다면 당장에라도 구매하고 싶은 그런 비주얼을 가졌습니다만... 일단은 돈이 조금 부족한 관계로....노트4로 만족하도록 하겠습니다. 갤럭시알파 Limited Edition : 예술의 나라 프랑스에 걸맞는 그런 디자인으로 출시가 된 것 같습니다. 한번쯤은 거리에서 사용자를 볼 수 있지 않을까 기대를 해봅니다.

Samsung is giving one of its best-looking smartphones ever an attractive makeover in France with the Galaxy Alpha Limited Edition Free Lance Bordeaux. The custom variant comes with four tailor-made leather back covers designed in collaboration with Free Lance and Jean-Baptiste Rautureau (a fashion brand and artist, respectively), of which only 100 units will be produced. That makes the device limited in the truest sense of the word, and each unit will be numbered and signed with a certificate of authenticity.
In terms of features, this is the same device that debuted Samsung’s new metallic design language. You will get a 4.7-inch 720p Super AMOLED display, an octa-core Exynos 5430 processor, 2GB of RAM, a 12-megapixel rear camera, 32GB of non-expandable storage, fingerprint and heart rate sensors, a 1,860mAh battery, LTE connectivity, and Android 4.4.4 KitKat. The limited edition will be priced at €649, and will probably not make it to any other markets.
